Rash When I Grow Beard

Thanks!

I had a wonderful stay (three days) in Rome: culinary-tourism and jogging!
We visited the city throughout the length and breadth of walking! Saturday night there was an appointment for dinner with bloggers: I saw old friends and new. A beautiful evening, but too little time ... Too bad not to have it organized after the marathon at least I could eat a little 'more ... ah ah ah ... 5-course meal of pasta as I like (al dente), all light dishes ... and then tiramisu, panna cooked, Catalan cream, mousse, etc.. ... then all to bed.

Sunday morning breakfast unusual: just a banana ... strangely I was not hungry ... ah ah ah ... We headed for the departure. We arrived at 8.15 in the San Gregorio. I was a bit 'late for blogpoint plus I had to go to the bathroom. At 8:35 I walked into the grid, this time equipped with handkerchiefs ... As I walked to my area, I met Michele Salinetto (how small the world), then I saw in the field of tissue FrateTrack fitted too ... ah ah ah ... The 30-minute wait passed quickly chat with Michael and Brother. After running seven days before the marathon 55 km in 24 hours (first time) I did not know how I absorbed in this marathon. I thought I'd try to go in the half 1.25/1.26. But after 7 / 8 km at an average of 4.10 I decided to keep that pace. I felt that I struggled loose and ran to the right. On the 10th I started having stomach ache, the symptoms of when to run away to .... Km per km I started to look left and right to see if they spotted a Toi Toi. I went on like this until the 16th then I do not have more made. I went out on a side street and I did it behind a dumpster, but this time I was well equipped. I was fast, I lost not a minute more. From the 16th to the 18th I made 2 km abundant below 4, then I settled down again to 4.10 per km. Supplies to considerably slow down to drink well. The fueling of the 25 th km Uscuru called me: I do not know how did you recognize me ... Orla's a shame that you were not there to Cantinone!
The race continued at a pace of more regular 4.10/km: I have made just enjoyed this beautiful marathon!

I had a final snag just passed the 40 km mark when I headed for a glass of water supply: a runner fell in front of me, luckily that was muscularly well and I stopped abruptly. I gave him a hand to get up and I asked him if he was okay but I did not even answer ... I do not think he was capable of discernment ... ah ah ah ... Then I drank two glasses of water, I watched the time trial, I turned around to see if the balloons arrived three hours of ... ah ah ah ... I ran the last 2 km drive to below 4, closing at 2.58. By this time I finished well enough muscle: if you tried to run in 2.50/52 probably would not be able to walk by the pope in the afternoon ... ah ah ah ...

Yogi ... you You're the Great the impossible!
