Councillors Gentlemen, Dear Citizens present

first to illustrate the general policy of the Government of the City Administration, as required by law, and present members of the City Council I have indicated I wish to thank all the citizens of that Coriano on 6-7 June went to the polls to cast their vote, with good participation (76.63% versus 61.26% national), confirming the great democratic tradition and participation of our population.

The election results positive for the Centre-Left has confirmed the deep and historical link with this broad array of parties of the Left and the Centre with our population. Citizens, once again, were able to choose freely and consciously, on the basis of electoral programs and women's and men called to realize, their directors and their union.
As for me thank you all for the confidence that I was once again confirmed.

Now the campaign is over. I will be once again the Mayor of all Corianesi and try to better express the synthesis necessary for the government of this municipality. I offer
therefore welcome all the city councilors, new and old, wishing you a fruitful cooperation in promoting economic growth and civil development of our country this difficult national and global economic contingency. For this reason I need the active contribution of everyone, be they majority or minority directors or municipal councilors. I hope that in the coming weeks we can find a way of shared work of the City Council, in which the opposition can find a space to contribute in decision-making, knowing that everyone will play their role. I ask the leaders of the opposition Aldo Sampaolo to open this table work: we have to decide whether to work together positively for the good of our citizens. I hope I'm not five years of continuous campaigning, where the controversy and clashes are continuing between majority and opposition. The institutions, including us, we need to work in a peaceful and civil, where common goal must be a full trust of our citizens. I repeat, and it will be my commitment and the list of Centre-Left, work towards this goal: I hope that my call can be accepted and also verified the list of opposition.

E 'I am committed, on the basis of the election program that I presented to the citizens, to define the town council in the coming months the plan of the priorities on which to direct our work: the issues are known, are no secret to anyone. 1) I, as Mayor, I feel part of the national leadership. 2) another issue very dear to me is our full participation in the "system Rimini." In recent years we have worked hard to be on the tables provincial decision-making, and supra-regional companies. And we in this legislature we want to continue on this path: for some time many important decisions (from roads to the economy, culture, school, social services infrastructure) are taken up tables supra. Finally, to return to the priorities that just mentioned, for me are: the start of the drafting of the new planning instrument (the Structure Plan and the POC - Municipal Operating Plan), the launch of the route for the realization of Scholastic Coriano new Polo, the establishment of the Foundation's public / private management of the Court - Coriano Theatre, the final decision on what to do on the old football field Coriano, the plan of public works for the coming years. Then I have a dream, but for which I will work with all our strength to give it concrete: to build many bike paths on our beautiful land. In defense of the environment and a way of life that can only constant and irrespective of any use of the machine. I hope to see my dream materialized there is the support of many.
To accomplish these aims we need an efficient city car, with the tasks that lie ahead. Employees public must be a key resource for the quality of life of our community. And we use them to better investing on their professionalism, competence and dedication. I could still continue with more emphasis, but I will not because it was what I wanted to give you a brief indication of a job I want, with all of you, play in the coming years. During the election campaign I have said many times that, beyond the petty polemics, is difficult to say that our City has been mismanaged in the past. The quality of life is high (and the bodies are prepared for them - the Observatories of the Chamber of Commerce, University studies, ISTAT - to say) and good infrastructure system. Our economy accuses some shots, but overall the companies are reacting positively to the challenges of the market: we ask the banking system is strong support in this difficult business contingency. The occupation is defended by strengthening businesses and supporting them in confrontation imposed by globalization. But this does not mean not working for workers to fully protect and defend their place work. Companies need to take account of their employees, knowing that they are a vital force for their activities. The investments made in recent years on quality products in our agriculture are now a major asset and we must insist on this. Last year we took part we, as art of comedy I mean ... We started at six, enrolled in various seminars for training this weekend ... To this I add some word of submission to this invitation to join.
