week after a weekend of revelry from 11 May until 16 but I felt I had traveled 133 km leg too woody (without elasticity). This week I called osteopath and I had made an appointment for Tuesday, 18. Monday 17 and Tuesday I did the massage osteopath visit: lying in bed when I noticed immediately that the quadriceps the other was left less bulk. I said "go and rest today and tomorrow that I have a massage." With two days off, the situation had not improved and then lunch today I decided reluctantly to give up this wonderful challenge.

Last Saturday he married his cousin Mireille, and now a few days here were relatives from Sicily ... But to put things a bit 'in order.
The last time I was at 50 km of Romagna, it is good enough, followed a week with 110 km, as usual, working overtime on Saturdays and Sundays. Saturday 1. May I wake up just over 10 km, then to 14.30 in the company of 20 km of hilly Muki (very challenging in a flood) and here is the rain started the festival up to this Saturday I take a lot, but a lot of water! Sunday, May 2: 15 km twice more and washed with mega! Then it continued the week with a gentle current waiting lungone of Friday, May 7. That day's cousin married Mirella in common. I've done everything (at work) to leave for training at 16.00. I started with the rain ... Up to 35 km mark the knee was not worsened, but the calf. I felt very stiff even the tibialis. At the 39 km mark I said in March that we would stop in the 45th. I finished the race in 3 hours and 30 minutes to an average of 4.40. All km are very regular courses. After I walked a mile: I understand that it was nothing serious because I could walk properly. I arrived home I took a quick shower then went to the party of the couple (late arrival) with the grudge ... two plates of noodles + 5 beers ... The next morning I went to work non-stop until 13.40. I arrived home I went out to do 10 km (we had to be in church to 15.00 on ...). Quick shower, gulped down two ham sandwiches .... and so on time for a breath!
After the church began the show is great !!!...... nice evening ... it took me two days to get back on track !.... 10 years ago would not have even heard an evening like that. When I got married I went to bed at nine o'clock in the morning ... after I drank a keg of beer !.... I have to train more !.... ah ah ah ....
I am ready for a show for the spouses ...
