good week ... after the marathon in Milan
This week I ran all the training on a dirt road running slow (4.30/40), I rested on Tuesday, with the massage.
Saturday I went out to run at 11.15, with a particularly hot morning .... in the afternoon the thermometer had already dropped quite a bit ... do not talk about Sunday ... so I said, the workout was quite challenging to do both muscle energy level go up to .... Mergoscia and return. In
Overall there are 8 km (7 / 8%) of ascent and descent to reach 4.5 Mergoscia, and then return. I had breakfast at 9.15 am: the one with three toast with honey. At 10 km I stopped to drink from a fountain, then I took a Mergoscia Carbogel and drunk again, when there were 4 km to get home I got a crisis of a sudden .... (Probably low blood sugar) after 2 km I did not understand more ... Geez !.... I managed to stay focused increasing the pace the last 2 km. (28.5 km)
soon as I stopped my head was spinning a bit'.... I sat on the sofa in the garden and I asked the women of the house, water, grape juice and orange juice! Then shower, while I was preparing the Sicilian 300 gr. of penne pasta with pesto! dessert: yogurt with fruit varied girls .... I kept telling me to hurry to eat because we had to go home .... Igor (Nayara celebrates 10 years!) has been a long day !.... we had finished the birthday dinner with friends big load of food and gasoline .... I went to bed at 1 .30.
Wake up at 7.30, tea with a spoonful of honey .... and so do 15.5 km at an average of 4.20 (and then say that the wine is bad .... ah ah ah ...). At 16.30 the other

I ended the week with 120 km.
Sunday run 50 km of the Romagna (the shoes with 340 gr.) For the first 35 km very challenging will keep the rhythm of a slow run and then we'll see ..... I
