How To Get A Fake Id In Edmonton

It's time to start again ...

With the injury of the patellar tendinitis had to sit still for 35 days.
During those days I did stop more than 1000 km on bike, then for 3 weeks and only two out of three mountain bike race. The fourth week I had four training sessions with two mountain bikes. The first two weeks of August I went on holiday in Sicily where I run every day since I had the bike.

Now I'm doing 4 workouts per week (70-80 km) with two mountain biking. This September, I already planned: September 5 to 20 km relay at the Locarno triathlon, September 12 to 21 km relay triathlon Mergozzo. Good test for the Swiss half-marathon championships which will run Sept. 18 where I will run for the team then I will try to give more than what I can today. On September 26 I will run the Stralugano (30 km). Not for me to run all these races in such a short time, but will certainly be good to find a good condition as I would run the marathon Oct. 31 in Lucerne (where I hare to a friend groped my first experience at the 2:59 a.m.) . Tender also will run the marathon on Nov. 14. Finally December 19th marathon Pisa especially to find the blogger friends! I know it is a bit a 'load, but I'm already thinking about 2011 (Passatore)!
